Neena shared her thoughts on the possibility of a remake of the iconic song Choli Ke Peeche. Neena expressed that remaking would not maintain the essence and cultural impact of the original, rather than just being a commercialized remix. In conversation with Bollywood Bubble, she said, “Nahi nahi karna bhi nahi hai. Usko toh chedna hi nahi chaiye voh apne aap mei itna badiya hai. (Choli Ke Peeche remake should not be done. It was created so perfectly, that it requires no remake).”

Choli Ke Peeche is one of the most iconic songs in Bollywood history, featured in the 1993 film Khal Nayak, directed by Subhash Ghai. The song became an instant sensation, known for its catchy tune, bold lyrics, and electrifying performance by Madhuri Dixit.

It is sung by Alka Yagnik and Ila Arun, with music composed by Laxmikant-Pyarelal and lyrics penned by Anand Bakshi. The song created waves across the nation. It was choreographed by the legendary Saroj Khan, Madhuri’s mesmerising dance moves added to its allure, making it a visual spectacle.
